WHAT IS A FORM?
Used for information collection, sign-up sheets, and registrations.

You can have an announcement, a form, or both for any event.

- If there is no accompanying announcement, a link to the form will be sent to the requestor to distribute to others

Only announcements for public-facing events for outreach purposes will be posted to our Facebook or Instagram accounts.

GRAPHICS:
